AIRR)RT COMMITTEEREPORT ONC.A.P.TIE-D(WN FEES:Letter from Committee Law,Holmes, 'and krueger stating they had met with the airport advisory committee and unanimously recommend that the C.A.P.be required to pay tie-down fees,proveided that at such time as they may use a military aircraft exclusively for C.A.P.work their request for waiver of tie down fees should be again considered.The motion by West seconded by Stark table matter of C.A.P.tie down fees until next meeting,Motion carried. WELLDRILLING RECOMMENDATION:Report from Gity Administrator,Chester Waggener, Assist,ant Engineer,J.Garth Anderson,and the Utilities Committee,Holmes,Stark and Hilderbrand on site acquisition and preparation of specifications for well drilling in the Montlake area of Moses Lake.Information was received from the w,s.U.Geo- bydrologic Research Group and from the Dept of Conservations and Development in regards to geological data for the Montlake Area.They recommend that none of t,he recommen- dations regarding further investigative studies be pursued but do recommend to,proceed immediately wit,h site acquisitilon and a bid call be issued for drilling on a deep well in the Montlake area.The motion by West seconded by Law,recommendation be accepted and authorise Mr.Waggener and city engineering department to negotiate for site acquisition and bring back report at next meeting,Motion carried. RECOMMENDATIONFOR STREET ACCEPTANCEIN VISTA VILIAGE #2:Letter from Assistant Engineer J.Garth Anderson recommending the acceptance of the sewer lines and street grading in the Vista Village Addition Ñ 2 and release of the Subdivision Bond was read.The motion by Stark seconded by Hilderbrand that the recommendation of the Assistant Engineer for the acceptance of the sewer lines and street grading in Vista Village Addition #2 and Subdivision Bond release be accepted.Motion carréd. GASOLINE FOR 1960 AUTHORIZATION TO CALL FOR BIDS:Report from Ray McGraw giving the approximate amount of gasoline that will be needed for 1960 and requesting authoriza- tion to call for bids was read.The motion by Law seconded by Stark,authorization to call for bids for gasoline for 1960 be granted.Motion Carried. WATERLINE BROADRIPPLE #3 ACCEPTANCE:Letter from Assistant Engineer J.Garth Anderson recommending the acceptance of theWater Lines on Nelson Road from Eastlake Drive te Lakeway Drive for maintenance by the City and reduction in the subdivision bond be accepted was read.The motion by Law seconded by Holmes water line on Nelson raod and Lakeway Avenue,Broadripple #3 be accepted for maintenance by the City and reduction of subdivision Bond be amde accordingly.Motion carried. REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF WATER&SEWERREQUIREMENTSFOR PHILLIPS PETROLEUMPLAT:Mr. Marshall Burress,was not present,discussion.The motion by Stark seconded by West utilities to serve Phillipe Petroleum Plat be referred to the Utilities -Committee.Motion carried.
