Council proceedings
Meeting called to order by Mayor McCosh and the meeting of Fëbk28adjourned.Members present were -Councilmen Taylor,Shaddock,Thoren,Lowe,Gillett,Starr &Goodrich.The minutes of the previousmeetingwerereadandapprovedasread.
Reading of the bills was postponed to have Mayor McCosh explain thestatemênt:of policy relating to plgn of purchase and costs involvedtothecityoftheKnollsVistawatersystemnowownedbyMr,Mattson.Mr.Mattson was present to enlighten the Council on certain featuresoftheplan,the purchase of which is contingent on the annexationofthearea.A motion by Councilman Thoren 2nd by Shaddock to ampprovetheplanwasmadeandcarried.
At.this time Magor McCosh left to attend another meeting and Council-an Starr took the chair.
Petitions were presented 91th the required percentage of ownerssignaturesfortheannexationofcertainareasaroundthecity,and amotionbyCouncilmanGoodrich2ndbyTaylorwasmadeandcarriedtoacceptthepetitionsandsetthedateofMarch28that8pmforthehearingandtopublishthenoticeofhearingandassesthecostofpublicationtotheowners.
Fire Chief Simmons presented a mutual aggrement with the Air Base forfireprotection,for the Council's anporval.A motion by Thoren 2ndbyShaddockwasmadeandaarriedtoapþeevetheaggrement.

the Mayor &Clerk to sign a deed conveying title to the directors
of the Moses Lake Irrigation District was made and carried ,property i
