A letter from the NB RR was read by the Mayor,connerning thegarbagedump.No disposition of the area can be made by the grailroadatpresentforthereasonthatitisincludedintheirrigationdistriet.Permission was given,however for the Citytousethegroundforanindefiniteperiodforgarbagedumping.
A motion to authorise the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement
with the railroad was made by*Councilman Starr 2nd by Taylorandcarried.Mayor McCosh suggested that the matter be taken upwiththeBureautohavetheareawithdrawnfrotheirrigation
