Continuation of recessed meetingodf Nov 28th,cal d to order byMayormcCoshwiththefollowingmemberspresent,J.R Starr,i 0.D.Goodrich,H,W.Gillett &R.W.Thoren.Meeting called for thepurposeofdiscussionofparkingandtrafficlightàsonBroadway,with State Engineers -Parber &Gray.Mr.Barber submitted a textofarepoetmadebyTrafficEngineerDunntotheeffectthatatrafficlightattheintersectionofAlderandBroadwaywouldnotreleivecómjestionatthatpoint.Mr Barber suggested that afourlanetrafficfromAldertoCedarmighthhvesomerelief.He was also of the opinion that parellell parking on Broadwaywould¾erk to better advantage Mayor McCosh and Police ChiefBjorkexpuessedtheirviewstotheeffectthatatfafficstoplightatAlderandBroadwayisessential.After the subject hadbeendiscussedatlengthMr.Babber advised that he would håndMr.Dunn the ideas expressd by the Mayor and Police Chief.HealeeadvisedthatnopavingofBroadwaywascontemplatedatthistime.
