The Burroughs machine being listed atŠ703.¶0 with complete
installation and service for one year free.The Victor machinelistedbyMcMullenswasofferedat460les10§plus sales tax,delivery
of the Burroughs machine would be about 90 days.As the Burroughs machine had been demonstrated and the features
required were included,the Burroughs machine was accepted bymotionofCouncilmanShaddoek2ndbyThoren.No delivery date wasmentionedbyMcMullensoffer.

was read the first add.second time,moved to read the 3d time bytitleonlybyCouncilmanStarr,2nd byShaddock,moved to orderpublishedbyCouncilmanThoren2ndbyTaylor.and carried .
I The reccommendation of the Planning council to place before theCityCounciltheproposaloftheBureauofReclamationtorunawastewayfromonemileWestoftheStratfordroaddownthroughthethedepressiontothelakepastGrapedrivethroughtheCitylimits.The Chamber of Commerce brought this matter up at thelastmeetingofthePlanningCouncilverbaly,and took the satnd thatsuchaprojectwouldbeahazardasthewastewaywouldbeanopenditch.A motion by Councilman Shaddock 2nd byStarr was made and ca rriedtotoacceptaresolutionfromtheCahmberofCommerceandforwardittotheEngineerinchargerequestingthatconduitsbeplacedtocarrythewaterthroughtheCitylimits.Te Clerk was instructedtocontacttheChambertothiseffdeet.
