Plat of Eastlake Tracts was considered on the recommendationofthePlanningCouncil.The changes suggested by the PlanningCouncilwereconsiderednecessary,but Mr A E Thoren the owner,stated that the over all p†cture with referrence to aÃjoiningpropertyownerswouldnotconform.Councilman Shaddock moved,2nd by Council.man Taylor,that the Council accept the platsubjecttofurtherstudyandapprovalbythePlanningCouncil.
A Mr.)¾Qro approached the Council with a prpposition regardingriddingtheCityofownerlessdogs.He proposed that he mightworkonacommission.The Mayor appointed Councilman Jerry Starrtolookintothematter.
Commty Commissioner Geo Sparks advised the Council that theCountyproposedtoplaceconcretepostsabout¶0 feet apart overthefillatacostofabout¶00.00 ,to lessen,to some extentthedangerofcarsgoingintothelake.
The matter of the delayed payment to Moses Lake Garage forrewindingamotorwasbeforetheCouncilfordisposal.By motionofCouncilmanShaddock2ndbyTaylorpaymentgasauthorisedinthecurrentbills.Motion carried.
A delegation from the Chamberbof Commerce ,headed by ChuckFancherbroughtthematterdfPare1ellparkingbeforetheCouncil,in response to a request made to the Chamber recently.Mr.Fancher advised that an open meeting would be held two weeksfromnowtothourghlyairthesubject,and invited the Counciltoattendinabody.Mayor McCosh accepted the invitation andsuggestedthatallSouncilmemberswhocould,attend the meeting.
Appointments of the Council now in force will be continued untilMay1.The Mayor advised.Mr.C.E.Humphrey,on the PlanningCommission,was re appointed to continue as a mmber..
