The Mayor advised the Council that the Bureau of Reclamation
would have the city take over the operation of the lift stationinstalledbythebureaufortheCOperationofthesewerline
serving their units.Engineer Don Grey recommended that theliftstationbetakenoverifcertainchangesaremadeintheoperation.Moved by Lowe 2nd by Goodrich that the change be
made and the station be operated by the city .
The contract of RL Moss was under discussion ,Mr.Grey
i explained in detail the reasons for assesing a penalty for non -
conpletion of the contract in the time specified.Mr Greytookintoconsiderationallfactorsenteringintotheworkm,
and the reasons why the contract was not complted in time,and finally advised the Council that 80 days at $2¶,00 perdayhadbeendeductedfromthepaymentstoMr.Moss,in theamountof2.000.
Engineer Grey also discussed changes in operation of thedisposalplantandpartsneededtoimoreaseetherohntholodfr.

It appearing that a priority number may be required by thecityunderpresentcondituons,Mayor McCosh suggested thatMr.Bennett look into the matter and advise the Council.
