Mr.Nail,the dog catcher,reported further on the work oftakingthedogcensus.He also advised that he had informationtotheeffectthattheStatevet.does not advocate vaccinationatpresentaccordingtoinformationreceived.I The Council authorised by motion of Councilman Gillett 2nd byTaylortheinstallationofanotherphonelinetotheHall. A motion by Councilman Shaddock 2n d byLowe was made and carriedtolevyachargeforrefusefromthedisposalplant,deliverd,including stadge from other scources. The Mayor appointed as of the first of the year MMr.L.E.Thompson as a member of the Planning Commisson for ¶years. THe Mayor instructed the Clerk to transfer $37¶.00 feom theParkFundtotheWaterFundtoreimbursethatfundforsalarypaidtoBZaWalker. 82 Page 3 THe Mayor advised that Engr Hall would like bids called for aliftstationatthesametimeasbidsarecalledforthepump house on Knolls Vista plant .A motion by Councilman Taylor 2nd by Lowe to authorise the zall for bids was made and carried.
