An agreement between Erie D.Peters d Frank LaFria ,ownere ofthepropertyaffectedinLakeviewTaandthetheCityofMosea Lake,was entered into by motion of Coun 1man .Taylor 2nd by Thoren.The agreement is to the effect t Peterson &io gaarantee 25 usersofwkterandsewerfacilitieshin120daysafteheCityEngineercertifiesthatthestatedlinarecompleted.The &kinegfnántiram thepresenteyetematthecornerIromwoodDrivealongParkuetoHawthorneDriveandalonghorneDrivetothelotlineseMtinglots9&10,Block 5 ,Lakeri arrace,Unit 1.
The water lines run f the pre yetam from the corner of Cherry AvenueandHawthorneDrivetpftheintersectionofParkAvenue&Ironwood Drive.
The motion also an orised the Mayor &Clerk to execute the contract.Motion carried.
A motion was also made and carried 40 call for bids on the project onrèceiptofapprovalbythebondingcampany.Motion by Councilman Gilletti$nd by Shaddock.
A motion by Counelman G611ett 2nd by Thoren was mate and carried toexpressinaresolutiontheappreciationofthecityofficailsfor thefaithft1performanceofMr.R.W.Smith's duties as a ity officialduringhistermofoffice.Motion carried.

I-The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved ascorrected,the last paragraph,pertaining to the annegation of the WesthalfoftheSoutheastquarterofSection14,19.28,on the JackPanhellurickproperty,was ordered struck out by motion of councilmanShaddookBadbyAllison.Motion carried.A shggestion by City Attorney
Neleen that the paragraph not be erased from the minutes,but left asis,and not to be considered as a legel paragraph or part of theminutes..His suggestion was approved.
An agreement between Erio D/Peterson and Frank LaFric,owners of thepropertyaf"fected,in Lakeview Terrace,and the-City-of Moses Lake,
was entered into by motion of Councilman C.W.Toy19r 2nd by Thoren.
The agreement is to the effect that Peterson &La rio genaantee 25
users of water and sower users within 180 days after the city engineer
certifiei that said lines are completed,gauranteed as follows;that theywillgauranteeeight(8)sewer and water connetions upon the date theengineerfileshiscertificationofcompletionandtheownerefurther
genrantee 10 additional connections sixty days thereafter and sevenadditionalconnections120daysthereafter.The sewer lines rub from
the present system at the ookner of Ironwood Drive along Perk Avenue toHawthorneDriveandalongHawthorneDrivetothelotline.aeperatinglota9&10,Block 5,Lakeview Terrace ,Unit one.The anter lines
run from the present system at the corner of Cherry Avenue &Hawthorene
Drive to the intersection of Park &Ironwood.

A motion was also made and carried to call for bida on the project onreceiptofapprovalfromthebondingCompany.Motion by Gillett Sad byShaddock.
A motion by Councilmen Gillett 2nd by Thoren was made and carried toexpressinaresolutiontheappreciationoftheCityOfficialsfor
the faithfál performance of Mr.R..W.Smith&e duties as a city official,
during hie term of office.Motion carried.
