An agreement between Erio D/Peterson and Frank LaFric,owners of thepropertyaf"fected,in Lakeview Terrace,and the-City-of Moses Lake, was entered into by motion of Councilman C.W.Toy19r 2nd by Thoren. The agreement is to the effect that Peterson &La rio genaantee 25 users of water and sower users within 180 days after the city engineer certifiei that said lines are completed,gauranteed as follows;that theywillgauranteeeight(8)sewer and water connetions upon the date theengineerfileshiscertificationofcompletionandtheownerefurther genrantee 10 additional connections sixty days thereafter and sevenadditionalconnections120daysthereafter.The sewer lines rub from the present system at the ookner of Ironwood Drive along Perk Avenue toHawthorneDriveandalongHawthorneDrivetothelotline.aeperatinglota9&10,Block 5,Lakeview Terrace ,Unit one.The anter lines run from the present system at the corner of Cherry Avenue &Hawthorene Drive to the intersection of Park &Ironwood.
