The P.U.D #2 presented a plan of light poles on Suko-Penhallurickaddition,to be installed if approved by the Council.MayorMoCoshsuggestedthattheplanbeplacedbeforethePgläggggConne11assuchmatterswoùldcomeundertheirjurisdittion.He also advised that the P.U.D be notified of the matter,andifpossiblehaveoneoftheirmenpresentatthenextmeetingofthePlanningCounciltoexphainthesetuporlocationoflines.Motion by Shaddock 2nd by Goodrich to write th e P,U.D

No bids were received on thw hose drier,and the fire Dept wasauthorisedtogoaheadandgetpricesondirectsale,and
also to get costs on plawing a heating plant in the hose-tower.
The Mayor appointed Councilmen Starr and Shad dock to study utility
condátions at the City Hall to determine how the Treasurer could be
best handle all utility posting and billings and collections
and L.I.DLþgnds and funds ,also to hireleipmporgrysassistant tobringtheböndsystemuptådate,A new form to handle water
accounts for turnognd turn off was also advised,
A Motion by Gillett 2nd by Starr was made and carried to confirm
the .appointment.The above appointments were also to study theproblemofmatterofadditionalspace•,and report back at the
next regular meeting .
