The motion made by Taylor and seconded by Thoren,carried,acdepting the bid submitted by McDonald Motors for t;wo 19¶2 cars with special - police .upholstery,on an 18 month contract.The cars to be black in color providing the choice in color did not delay delivery date. The Mayor appointed the following Standing Committees for the year: Water &Sever:Allison,Starr and Gillette.Street:Allison,Shadduck and Thoren.Financer Taylor and Goodrich.Park:Goodrich and Gillette. Planning Council:Thoren and Shadduck. Resolution Number 67 providing for the number.of taxicabs to be licensed in the City was adopted,motion made by Shadduck,seconded by Thoran.
