Starr passed,authorizing the issuance of L.I.D.#3 warrants Nos.

Doyle M;Clapp appeared before the Council and requested a license
to operate the Moses Lake Cab Co,for which he is purchasing and
that the original Transfer of the Moses Lake Cab Co from R.J.
Curtis to Henry C.Owen be revoked.The motion by Starr seconded
by Taylor passed,granting the request.
A Petition was oresented to the Council from John A.Foster,John
Kolve an Fern Ñ.Kolve his wife,asking the eemaail-if-the city of
Moses Lake to vacate a portion of A.Street.A Motion to accept
the petitionpas made by Starr seconded by Allsion passed.
The Motion made by Gillette seconded by Taylor passed adopting
Resolution No,79,fixing the time for a oetition to vacate a
oortion of A.street to be heard.Tueèday Oct 14,1992 at 8:00 P.g.
A Petition was presented from Monte Sheppard,Virg‡l McBee,F.R.
Meacham and A.F.Briggs,asking that tree limbs he removed which
obscure the Sheppard Bakery Building on the Easterly side.Motion
by Starr seconded by Taylor passed that people be notified.
A Motion made by Goodrich seconded by Taylor passed,that Mr Nail be
employed by city to Control Rats at City dump and Paramount Pest,

Motion made by Taylor seconded by Goodrich passed that we accept
offer of Columbia Roofing Co to repair roof on City Hall.at $2¶3.00
Motion made by Taylor seconded by Allison passed that when necessary
adjustments be made on 80$of mimimum,instead of total water bill,
and Jim Baun authorized to make investigation.

e 4,3 Hardin new member of Planning Council,length of term next meeting.
Motion made by Taylor,seconded by Starr passed instructing the
clerk to request the Wash State survey and rating bureau to re-survey
Moses Lake early in 19¶3 for new insurance rating.
