were authorized to sign,.and file with County Clerk,providingthatthewordingofdedicationofcertainlandsforpublic parkberevisedauthorizingtheCitytochangesaidlandforother landswithinthedistanceofSOOfeetofsaidlandsforParkandanyotherMuniciplepurpose.
The Motion made by Thoren seconded by Goodrich passed.Sub-leaseeauthorizedremovalofallremovalimprovementsatMunicipalAir-Port and,authorize Mayor &Clerk to sign a rider to the lease.

Percy Driggs appeared before the Council for soil conservationaskingthe.city to grant .additional land for an addition to theBuilding..The Motion by Starr,seconded by Gillette passed thatitbegranted.
The Motion made by Taylor seconded by Thored passed,that the PUDbeauthorizedtooutinadditionalMercuryLampsassubmittedbytheredrawings,with the exception of one more light at ¶th.and thehighwaytoWheeler.
The Motion made by Taylor seconded by Goodrich passed,that theyfixthemotorandtankontheFordFireTruck.
The Motion made by Thoren seconded by Gillette passed,Fire DeptbeauthorizedtoeqúipfireTruckswithradios.
The Motion made by Gillette seconded by Starr that we guaranteeitemporaryquartersforColumbiaBasinMuseum,housing the Adams EastCollectioninthebuildingnowusedbyHospitalDistrict,upon itsbeingreleasedtotheCitysuchtemporaryquarterstocontinueuntilpermanentbuildingisavailable.
Mayor directed Committee to determine type of signs to be used fornamingandmarkingMosesLakestreets,to prepare specificationsforbidsandbringbacktonextCouncilmeeting.
The Motion made by Goodrich seconded by Starr passed that we here-by employ J.David Mann,Jr.of Morgan,Lewis &Bockius as our3attorneybeforetheFederalPowerCommissiontoattempttoobtainanallocationofNaturalGasonourbehalf;their employment to beinaccordancewithhisletterofOctober31st,it being distinctlyunderstood,however,that this employment is based upon the termsofourcontractwithPorter,Barry &Associates and Wm.P.Harper&Son &Company dated October 28,19¶2.
The Motion made by Shadduck seconded by Goodrich passed,authorizingOrdinanceNoimposingsewerhook-up job of $100,00 on all newsewerlinesinstalledbyCity,a hook up charge of $60.00 on old.construction after six months,after passing of Ordinance preferablyJune1,
i The Motion made by Goodrich seconded by Thoren excepting recommenda-tions of the engineer step by step expansion of the sewer &waterutilities.
The Motion made by Starr seconded by Shadduck passed Mayor proceedtonegotiatewhateverfinanciningshouldbereasonablyarrangedforatthistime,for the water &sewer recommended by the engineer.
