The City Council met in regular session.The meeting was called
to order by Mayor C.M.McCosh,and acting Mayor for the Boy Scouts,Kyle Bowen.Council members oresent were,J.R.Starr,O.D.GoodrichH.W.Gillett,0.C.ShadduñRieß.W,Taylor,R.E.Thoren,andGeoAllison,adting Council Men eledt of the Boy Scouts,.were CarlBixler,Mike Law,Philip Crawford Brandt Richens,Evart Gale,RonnieIsaacsonandLeonGale.Eldon Jensen,acting as City Clerk and Y1rg11Jackson,Jr,assistant Clerk.Newell Jorgensen acting city treasurer.
The minutes of the orevious meeting were read and approved.The billswereadditedbytheauditingcommitteeandorderedpaidbytheiCouncil,Motion made by Goodrich seconded by Thoren.

Resolution No 82 read.The Motion by Gillett seconded by Allison
passed,that Resolution No 82 be adopted.
Dick Gillett presented a sketch pertaining to Island at W.3rdandHi-Way 10 as submitted by the Park Superinteñdent Oza Walker.
The Motion by Gillett seconded by Goodrich passed,that sketch be
accepted and also Oza Walker be authorized to secure prices for
purchasing shrubbery and fittings.
The Motion by Goodrich seconded by Allison passed,the report
on paid fireman be accepted,keep details and turn in for further
study and have recommendations from each councilman.
Laura Thomas brought Knolls Vista #7 Platt before Council,asking
for a special council meeting.Tabled until meeting for Thrusday
night.
A Hearing is set for Knolls Vista Platt #9 for Council Meeting
Feb 2½th 19¶3,and also for the Mavier Addition.
The Motion by Thoren seconded by Gillett passed,that a direction
tign be posted in direction of City Air Port by City at highway
10 and Wheeler Road.
The Motion by Gillett seconded by Thoren passed,that City attorney
be instructed to draw up amendment to lease with Carl Drew onundergoundfueltanksinstalledbyhimmayberemovedatthe
expiration or termination of lease by expense of the leasee.
Agreement with the Bureau feferred to City Attorney by 0.D.
Goodrich.
The Motion by Allison seconded by Taylor passed,authorizing Dave
Trolson Building Inspector to inaugurate a red card system and
procure the necessary supplies.
The Motion by Thoren seconded by Goodrich oassed,that we
authorize the ourchasing of Badges of authority to all adminis-
trative emoloyees of the City.
Council instructed Euilding Inspector to interpert Ordinance to
best of his ability and bring un at next Council meeting.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Goodrich cassed,Building
Inspector inforce ordinances the way he interperts it and write
the underwriters for further instructions.

The Motion By Starr seconded by Shadduck passed that bid of
Art Henderson for digging of Holes and setting of poles beaccepted.
Instruct Street Suoerintendent Jim Pippins to get prices on galvan-ized nipe F.O.B.Moses Lake,and bring to next council meeting.
Meeting recessed until Thrusday Feb 12th 19¶3.
