The Special Council meeting of April 6th was called to order by
Mayor McCosh,Councilmen oresent were 0.C.Shadduck,Geo Allison,
R.E.Thoren,H.W.Gillett,0.D.Goodrich,J.R.Starr,future council-
men Alex Law,George Schuster,and Marshall Burress.
Planning Council members,were Tommy Thomason,Al Miller,Forrest Hardin
Gene Key,Hank Trisler,and Laura Thomas.
A talk was giten on the state-hiway by Mr.Morehouse.Findings of
the Engineer of State Hi-way Deat recommending a relocation of the North
So-Highway thru and around Moses Lake,and if they can get right w
away will start construction this fall.No formal action on oartofCityorPlanningCouncil.Would like to get recatioh of both CityandPlanningCouncil.Bouncilman Thoren Voted no on the question.
