reading bids.Councilmen present were 0.C.Shadduck,Geo Allison,e
J.R.Starr,and R.W.Gillett.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Gillett passed,that the request
for varancies on Lot 9-a Park Scea addition from R.2 to M-1 be granted.
The Motion by Shadduck and seconded by Gillett passsd,that Knolls Yista
Plat #8 be accepted and filed with County Auditor.
The Motion by Starr seconded by Allison passed,the letter of Phillips
Petroleum Products be accepted m2d letter of acknowledgment be sent.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Gillett passed,that Deed of -
Dedication for certain streets in the Victory Village Project.be
accepted,and Clerk authorized to write them a letter and send certified
excerpts from the minutes of die meeting.
The Motion by illett seconded by Starr passed,that Bid of Shoreline
on Schedule 1 and 2 sewer contract be accepted.
