The motion by Shadduck seconded by Law passed,if the Washington State
Farm Labor Adkisory Committee has no objection to Sanitary fill weproceedwithnegotationsforalease.
The motion by ßurress seconded by Shadduck passed,approving appoint-
I ment of Leonård Cook as Fire Chief of Koses Lake Fire Dept.
George Allison appointed member of the City Development committee.

The Motion by Burress seconded by Shadduck passed the easement of theP.U.].be grented for the erection of radio antenna on water tankanddaorandClerkauthorizedtosignnecessarypapers.
The Motion by Schuster seconded by Law passed,city treasurer beauthorizedtoinvestL.I.D.guarantee funds monies for governmentbonds.
The Clerk authorized to write Dr.Tracy in regard,s to advisory Boardoffer,asking them to come to the next council meeting to discuss it.
Letter regarding library project by Mrs.Beryl Larson read,referredItoCityAttorneytobringbackreportonLawspertainingtotheestablishmentofLibraryBoards,and.report back to next council meeting.
The motion by Schuster seconded by Allison passed,authorizing theconstructionofHillst.sewer line provided it is a ded to the currentShorelineConstructionsCo.Contract.
The Eotion by Sha::duck seconded by Law passed.,the streets in KnollsVista6th&7th be accepted and Modern Romes be relieved of furthercostfortheirmaintenance.
The Motion by Schuster seconded by Law passed,water lines in KnollsVista6th&7th be accepted on Jim Baans inspection.
