bethe Deputy Fire Marshall for the City of Moses Lake passed.
The Motion by Dunn seconded by Law passed,that we negotiabe with
Syd Eumphries for a lease for a seaaitary fill passed.
The Nation by Law seconded by inn to accept the Doctors services
as an advisory board,and ask them to make reports to the Council from.

The Motion by allison seconded by Shadduck,that bill of Thompson Equip-
ment Co for Rental of Truck for water dept be added to tills of Aug 11th.
The Lotion by Leaf seconded by Schuster,table discussion for ground
spraying.
Problems on open ditch on Gentral Drive was discussed,and suggested
the property owners interested come to City ouncil for discussion.
The Motion by Dunn seconded by Shadduck that we put in an order for
a triffic control light for 3rd and Division passed.
The Motion by Dunn seconded by Schuster,that we purchase a coin sorter
machine for_City Treasurer passed.
The Motion by Allison seconded by Shadduck to authorize fire dept to
buy generator parts for fire track passsd.

I Lettúr from W.C.Armstrong read,request for loading zone on Balsam St.requeeted,council recommended we ask specifications as to amount of
loading zone requested for Basin Electric Co on Balsam passed.
Mayor McCosh requested that the folloninkbe entered in the minutes.OnJuly2¯st,1993 Rock was hauled by the city truck from the back of OzaWalker's home to a drainage sump at the City 3ell and continued fill on6thstreet,the truck being used for city work,and as Oza Walker had
a large supply of rock in back of his home,saw no need to go out ofthewaytogetrock.gle was authorized bY Pinoins to cet rock from a larzepileátthebackofhislot,the closest suþþ1y availËble to the city "
Ralph Konison thinks it i:S inadvisable and unwise to use City equipment
on property belonging to any city employee in order to reduce operationcosts,it is preferable in his opinion to haul rock a mile further thantoletthecityadmisistrationpossiblybecritizedforshowingpartiality.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Dunn passed,authorizing the purchaseof33moreparkingmeters.
