Housing Authority instead of Grant County.Minutes stand approved with
correction.
The Motion by Dunn seconded by Shadduck,that progress payment (Estimate
#3 &Semi-final)on L'I.D.#4 Construction Fund in the amount of
#24,166.78 to McAtee &Heathe and progress payment (Estimate #g &Final)
Construction Fund in the amount of #1,916.44 to Geo V.Nolte &Co,be
allowed m2d Warrants to Grande &Co totaling #26,083.22 be drawn on
L.I.D.#.4 Fund,passed.
The above Warrants to be drawn in the following numbers atd denominations.
Warrants.numbers 25 to 27 inclusive,for $5,000.00 each,numbers 28 to 30inclusivefor#2,500.00 each and numbers 31 to 33 inclusive for #1,000.00

Alex Law-and Geo Schuster gave report on Air-Port Land.
Civil Aeronautica med Wash State men to look over land for Air Port
Site,refer back to committee and ask other helpeand advise and
bring report later on ît.Marshall Burress suggested taking Bureau men
and go over the land for Air Port Site,Lad report back next council
meeting.
Mr.Oakia gave report on Pollution on Lake.We have received official
copy of Moses Lake Survey on Pollution Control.
The Motion by Schuster seconded by Law passed,Pollution control efforts
be continued by State Health Dept.Continue proposed sanitary survey in
Pelican Horn and Parker Horn.
The Motion by Burress seconded by Allison passed,Bldg permit to Anderson
Feed Co be granted subject to dedication and improvement of the extension
of Block,st.and dedication of the sewer line extension on Penn.st.,
The Motion by Leaf seconded by Shadduck passed,dedication of streets
and alleys as filed by City æad dedicated by Martin Penhallick be accepted.
The Motion by Law seconded by Leaf passed,Pat OtShea Easement dated
Oct 28,1993 and notarized by Nate Washington be accepted.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Dunn passed,bill of Joan Frear be
included with other Bills.
Universal garbage ordinance referred to next council meeting.
Ordinance No 210 Parks and recational facilities creating a Board of ,
Park Commissioners for the City of Moses Lake,read.
The Motion by Law seconded by Dunn passed Ordinance 210 be adopted and
published.
