The Motion by Schuster seconded by Law passed,to confirm the appointment
of H.W.Gillett,Leo Beck and Bob Yerza to the Park Board.
Master -License for Central Novelty,taken up,must pay the fee,or Chief
of Police instructed to pick up all machines.
The Motion by Schuster secondedby Shadduck to give the State Hi-Way
authority to redegignate à*s F.A.S.that portion of tate Hiway-way from
intersection of Broadway and the southerly City Limits.
City go on record as not hating approved grades for sidewalk in Stonas
Additién Sunseþ Park.
The Motion by Schuster seconded by Shadduck that sidewalks in Sunset Park
Addition have been constructed and the City is in no way reponsible for them.
Motion carried.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Law passed,Havely Plat be accepted
and filed,Mayor &Clerk authorized to sign.
The Motion by Dunn seconded by Allison,Carlson Addition Plat be accepted,
and filed,Mayor &olerk authorized to sign.Motion carried.
The matter of Water for Northern Facific Railway be referred to committee
of Allison,Schuster and Whadduck to be taken up tith the engineer on
Monday december 7th.
The Motion by Law seconded by Shadduck,passed,Clerk be authorized to make
payroll Juductions for group insurance.
The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Law,authorize our City Atorney to
contact our bond attorney Preston,Thorgrimson &Horowitz legal consultants
for Bond issue for acqyisition of Air Port Site and Construction of
Municipal Bldge.Motion Carried.
Ehe Motion by Allison seconded by Law to authorize Architect to draw up
preliminary plans and architects propeetive on proposed municipal bldge.
Refer matterof Photographers to City Attorney for further study.
Meeting recessed until December 7th at High School for L.I.D.#4 hearing.
