Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.Rue motion by Law seconded by Shaddick,Bills be paid and warrants drawn.

Petition for public discussion with the council and planning commission
on Thrusday Feb 29,195¼considering south crossing to Penn was read.The motion by Schuster seconded by Shadduck that City council and Plan-hing commission meet with residents at Penn Club house at 8 P.M.fordiscussiononstreetcrossing.Motion passed.

Discussion of Gargage Ordinance.
Mr.Leaf appointed to garbage committee to replace councilman Schuster,
now an added member.Garbage committee to meet with Mr.Rector tomakespecificrecommendationsandreportatnextcouncilmeeting.
