The Motion by Dunn seconded by Allison,Bills be paid and warranst drawn. FRANK PURDY LEASE The Motion by,Leaf seconded by Shalduck,that council accept recommendation of combittee dad grant to Frank Purdy a lease for 3 years with a 3 yearoptionofrenewalfortrailercourtoperationoncityownedproperty. Lease to start at expiration of present lease.Terms to be Šl¾0.00 amonthminimumandsamepercentagerenbalfigureascurrentleasecontracMotioncarriedandattorneyinstructedtodrawtheleaseagreement. APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION Mayor McCosh appointed Carlton Mow to the Planning Commission. The Motion by Dunn seconded by Shadduck to ratify appointment of Carlton Mow to Plarning commission for a six year term Jan 1,1994 to Jan 1,1960 Motion carried. ZONE VARIANCE The Motion Eÿ Shadduck seconded by Allison,recommendation from PlanningcommissiontograntzonevarianceonLocustSt.to Phillips Petroleumbeaccepted,and variance granted.Motion carried. The Motion by Burress seconded by Dunn,to grant Zone Variance on Lewis i Elliott Platt #2 Lots 13,14,and 16 as recommended by Planning Commission and authorize issuance of Bldg permits on completion of bond and filingofPlat.Motion carried. GRDINANCE #218 The Motion by Dunn seconded by Allison Ordinance i 218 prpviding for thelutiesAuthorityandcompensationforCityAdministratorberead. The notion by Burress seconded by Allison Ordinance i 216 be adopted andpublished.Notion carried. ORDINANCE #219TheMotionlarShadduck seconded by Law,Ordinance #219 amending See 4 &$of Ordinance #99 to regulate and restrict the location mad use of build-ings and the use of land witain the City of Moses Lake,be read. The Motion by Law seconded by Shadduck that Ordinance #ZL9 be adopted andpublished.Motion carried.
