SOUTH ANNEXATION:The Motion by Law seconded by Shadduck,south annexation Petition be accepted and Ordinance read.Motion carried. ORDINANCE #222 Providing for the Annexation of Certain territory toEeif~Aises Lake was read.The Mo Lion by Schuster and seconded by unn that Ordinance #222 be adopted and published.Motion carried. ORDINANCR#223 enending Ordinance #191 zoning real estate was read.The Motion by Allison seconded by Schuster Ordinance §223 be adopted and published. ADMISSÏDN TAX:Mr.Lee &Ar.Hazen came before council to discuss problem on ainission tax,which was discussed earléer in the meeting.The Motion by Schuster seconded by Bunn,change in adaission taxreferredtofinanceecommittee.Motion carried. Don Gray mad Mr.Willard Yadman gave report on Water &Sewer expansiontheneedsandfinanceproblems.The entire matter refered back toGray&Vadman and the finance committee af the council for further UTIL D later report. The Hublon by Schuster and seconded by Dunn,daat no further City(Par-ticipation)of any kind in the cost of construction of platters utilitylinesexceptforcommitmentsmadeuptothepresenttime.Further agreed)(Participation )includes cost sharing on pipe sizes &if the Engineerrequiresconstructionof8"lines the platter would be asked to beartheentirecost.Motion carried.
