STRELT COM TTTEE REPORT:City councilman Alex Law,reoorts that the
different companies are bringing in their machines for demonstration
this week mad will have report for council next meeting.
SALE OF LAND REPORT BY MR.RECTOR:The Motion by Law seconded by
Shadduck that sale of land to Bureau of Reclamation along Canal at
Airport te ap_oroved and Mayor &Clerk authorized to sign necessary
papers.Motion carried
ifBTERS:The Motion by Burress seconded by Allison,that we accept offer
of sale of Meters as outlined in letter of April 19,1994 by Pacific
Water uorks at 21.00 each.
CITY EALL The plans for the new Cicy Hall,were discussed.Action
tabled,pending plans and spects for public safety bldg and overall
plans.
ANNEXATION:Council discussed annexation policy,of East Annexation
policy.
GARBAGE DISCUSSION¿Report by Mr.Rector that City dump being cleaned
up with poison of rats and back filling,suggested that we adopt
universal system and go into immediate operation of Sanitary fill.
Table discussion on Senitary fill until Tuesday Night May 18,1954..
ROADS &BRIDGE COMMITTEE REPORT:Given by Marshall Burress.The
Motion by behuster seconded by Law to endorse resolution of Chamber of
Dommerce that Odessa Moses Lake Road be out on Hi-way system and write
letter to Joint-Fact-Finding Committee that City Council-concurs in
resolution of Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce.
WEB ACRES PLAT:The Motion by Shadduck seconded by Allison,that the
Jee Acres §2 Addition-Plat be accepted subject to correction of
Street names and posting of necessary donds.Motion carried.
Mr.Rector gave report on additional office space during construction
of additions of Police &Fire i New City Hall,suggested that we find
another location while building is under construction.
The Motion by Burress seconded by Leaf,City Supervisor Dick Ree-tar
get two or three offices lined up as to Rental prices,floor space
etc.,and bring report back to next council meeting.
BILLING MACHINE The Motion by Burress seconded by Schuster,Eilling
machine be table until bpecial Gouncil meeting i y 16,199 .Motion War.
The Motion by Shailuck-seconded by Law,that $10,000.00 be transfered
from water fund account to the Special Water Fund.Motion carried.

The Motion by Leaf seconded by Al ison to deny temporarly the re-zoning
until we have 2nginears report and send back to Planning bommission.

Shadduck is requested to get advise of City Attorney in regards to
L.I.D.Delinquent payments where no notice is received,
Roy Cederwall of M.H.Khodes Iac,omne before the council and suggested
city purchase additional meters to put in front of Post office.Chief
of Poline says he needs approximately 24 more.
The Lotion by Dunn seconded by Allison that we purchase 21p additional
