AIRPORT.No.,Rector gave report on Airport.He expected to inspecttheairportsiteonWednesdayJune23,with Mr..Don Gray,and should have
a report from the Wash State Aeronauties commission very shortly,alsoreportedthathehadreceivedasenpleelectricalordinanceanditwasbeingtransmittedtoMr.^enison for study.
Mr.Rector suggested to the Council that since the telephone Co will bediscontinuingthepoliceandfirealarms,that it be put in the comingbudgetandtrytoestablish..a full...24 hour man .on.the telephone eitherthroughthePoliceorFireDept.All .calls.would be received at thePublicSafetyBldganddanossoundedfromthere.No action taken.
OFFICE SPACE:Mr.Rector reported that there was a possibility of gettingtheLakePlumbingBldgon.Broadway,on a rental basis and the rent canbechargedtotheconstructionofCityHall.

WATER FINANCING:Water financing,reported on by Mr.Shadduck,that it was the unanimousdecisi&n of the Finance Committee that the recommendation go to theCouncilmadtheyfollowtheprocedureassetoutbytheirfinancialadvisorsinattemptingtoraise$625,000 and.proceed with the necessarynegotiations.The Motion by Burress seconded by Damn to accept recommen-dations of Wm.P.Harper &Son &Go and authori.za.them to proceed withnegotiationsforhandlingbondissue.Motion carried.
