The Minutes of the Dec lbth meeting were read,stand approved as read.Bills were read:The Motion by Law seconded by Dunn,the bills be paidandwarrantsdrawn.

Letter from darrell Ries in regards to purchase by the City of the Well
located on the Hattori property,farm units 117 and 123 Elock 41,read
by Mr.Rector.
WATER TEST:Letter from Engineers and Water .Sop't in regards to the test on water
line installed along Wheeler Road from Clover Drive read.The Motion
by Dunn seconded by Allison we aceept water lines as recommended by
Engineers and Water Sup't ,Motion carried.

carried.
PENNINSULA ANNEXATION:The Motion by Allison seconded by Jones,Ord #249 Penninsule Annexabion be read:The Motion by Allison seconded by
Jones Ordinance #249 when qualified by City Attorney as to property
owners,be adopted andpublished.Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING Farm Unit 118,Block 41 Annexation,report by City
Attorney.
AIRPORT COMMITTEE:Report of Airoort Committee on building for Airport,
was given by Alex Law,stated that the committee felt they were in no
position to purchase municipal airport buildings at this time.The
Motion by Dunn seconded by Jones,we accept report of airport committee.
Motion carried.
ORDINANCE establishing policy on extensions and connection rates dis-
oussed.The Motion by Law seconded by Dunn it be referred back to City
Attorney for additions and further study of connoil.Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING FARM UNIT 118:Block 41 Called,No protests.The
Motion by Law seconded by Burress Crdinance #260 Annexation of Farm
Unit 118 Block 41 be read.Motion carried.The Motion by Law seconded
by Burress Ordinance #250 te adopted and:published.Motion carried.
BESSELMAN CASE:City Attorney Ralph Kenison gave report on nesselman .
Case.Hearing set for February 16th,1999.
Mr.Rector gave report on Wheeler uster Line,also Don Gray of arey &
Osborne.suggested Bureau be written and have there engineers investigate
the situation.
