ORDINANCE ON REFRIGERATORS:Letter from the Junior.Women's Club recommending that an ordinance .be drawn regulating abandoned refriger- ators.The Motion by Dunn seconded by Shadduck that the Attorney be instructed to draw up the necessary ordinance.Motion carried. LIABJLITY INSURANCE POLICE:Letter from Police Chief Wm.Bjork in regards .to liability insurance for police officers ad city esployees was read.The Motion by Dunn seconded by Jones it be tabled until next council meeting for further study and councilmen be sent copies of the letter and•policy.Mation carried. PARKING METERS:Letter from Police Chief Wm.Bjork on Parking Meters and amending Ordinance i 19¼was read:The Motion by Dunn seconded by Jones acceat recommendation of the Police Chief for installing 95 new meters and two hour parking zones.Motion carried. SEWER ROD:The matter of the purchase of a power sewer cleaning rod, which was provided for in the 1969 budget,was referred to the next - council meeting. PETITION TO REZONE 01e area ust north of the Elk's Lodge by the Aero Mechanics Lodge was read:lhe Motion by Law seconded by Dann,that the matter te referred to the Planning Commission.Motion carried. PETITION FOR ANNEXation :Mr.Pershing Vance presented a petition for annexation of the area between Hi-way 10,and the proposed East-West Highway and the present corporate limits along with certificate of te assessor and the tax roll.The Motion by Jones seconded by Dunn to accept petition and set date for hearing.Motion carried.Hearing date i set for next council meeting April 26th.
