LETTER:from Fire committee on the purchase of Fire Truck was Read:The motiobby Law seconded by Jones to accept the recommendation ofthecommitteeonthepurchaseoffiretruckfromSneadTractor.Mot car.
SHOPPING CERTER:Letter from Basin Homes in regards to shopping center
was reed:The motion by Law seconded by Holmes to hold a special
meeting next Tuesday March 3rd with the Planning Commission,City
Council mad Board of Adjustment for discussion of change of re-zoning.Motion carried.
LETTER FROM POLICE JUDGE:John Moberg requesting a raise was read;Mayor pro-tem Burress referred it to a committe of Henry West for
study and report back at next council meeting.
RESOLUTION #82:was explained by City supervisor Rector:feel thattheresolutionisobsolete.The motion by Holmes seconded by Jones
for removal of Resolution W 82.Motion carried.The motion by Jones
seconded by Law that the existing commitments up to this date be honor-
ed,with no new ones accepted.Motion carried.
PELICES HORN DRAINARE:Mr.Oman appeared before the council in regardstorelocationofawaterlinewasread;The motion by Law seconded byHenrythe.racommendations of the engineer be accepted.Motion carried.
LETTER*from engineer Preston Shepherd in regards to relocation of aWaterlinewasread:The motion by Law seconded by Henry the recomm-endations of the engineer be acceoted.Motion carried.
BONNEVILLE POWER ËXPANSION WAS DISCUSSED:City supervisor explainedtheexpansionprogrän.Suggested by council that a franchise for WashdaterPowerforatwoyearperiodbeoffered.

The motion by Jones study and change Ordinance to allow them tobuildshoppingzone.Lost for want of second.The motion by Jones seconded by Holmes that N.S.shopping ZonebeallowedandinstructattorneytodrawupOrdinancetomakechange.Holmes,Forg Jones,Law,Surress,Henry against.Motion lost.
