The council met in regular session,the meeting was called.to order byMayorMcCosh,councilmen present were Alex Law,Dave Jones,John Henry,Fred Krueger,and Merle West.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read,stand approved as read.Bills were read.The motion by Henry seconded by Jones bills be paidandWarrantsdrawn.Motion carried.

Warrants Nos:3099 thru 3119 paid in the amount of:2,997.03

PENINSULA WATER LINE:reported on by Mr.Reetor,no actiont aken.
COMMITTEE report on HOUSING:Fred Krueger to meet with committee and go
over contract Monday April 30,at twelve noon at Amrundsen.
PLUMBING CODE ORDINANCE:The motion by Law seconded by Henry for a second
reading of Ordinance #300.The motion by Law seconded by Jones toadoptOrd#300 and order it published.Motion carried.
NATURAL GAS:was reported on by Stewart Mathews of Cascade Gas,also a
telegram was recived from Porter,Barry &Associates stating plans and
specifications are completed.Meeting date set for Monday May 7th at 7 P.M.
FAÏRBANKE HULL:Letter of protest was read:Water &dewer committee are
to examine site and hearing date set for May Sth.
COVE PARK:Committee report g:iven by Berle West.It was the recommenda-
tion of the committee the cove park be purchased.The motion by West
seconded by Jones to accept the moommendation of the committee.Motion car.
SWIMEING POOL:Report on Swim ing Pool by L.I.D.was .given by Mr.Rector.
