The City Louncil get in regular session on July 10,1996.he meeting
was called.to order by Mayor McCosh,members present were L:w,hurress,
Eenry,Krueger and West.
The minutes of the June 26th meeting were read and soproved as read.
The bills were read.Motion by Henry seconded by Krueger,carried,
that bills be asid with the exception of the one held out on L.I.D.È 6
to Grey and Os'corne in the amount of 417,919.64

Espresentatives from the P.U.D.stated $10,000.00 as a rough e stimate for
the moving of 100 poles.They also stated that tim engineers would have
to do the stsking e couple of months chead of the contractors to givethemtime.They reauested e definite pettern to be able to follow from
