The council met in regular session,the meeting was called to order
by Mayor McCoeh,councilmaa present were Frank Holmes,Alex Law,Dave
Jones,John Henry,Marshall urress,and Fred Krueger.
Minutes of the previous meeting of September 11th,were read,stand
approved as corrected.Bills were read.The motion by Henry seconded by Jones bills be paidandwarrantsdrawn.Motion carried.
The motion by Law seconded by Krueger,bill of Olympic Construction
Co be paid upon the signing of correct voucher.Motion carried.
CURRENT EXPENSE:
Warrant Nos.7442 thru 7478 paid in the amount of #2,316.60

motion by Burress seconded by Henry to accept the engineers recommes-dation of low bid of McConnachie.Motion carried.

WESTVIEW ADDITION WATER LIKES:Jack Lewis appeared before the councilinregardstowaterline.The motion by Burress seconded by Krueger,that the engineer study it,mad determine the cost of both water &
sewer in the Westview Addition.Motion carried.
PUMP ON WELL #was explained by Engineer "onGray.He suggestedthatweremodelpumpfromwell#4 and ust it in Well #5 rather thangetanewone,and call for bids on remodel.The motion by Law secon-ded by Jones to authorize engineer to call for bids on remodel of Pump#4.Motion carried.
CEMETERY:Question of Proper method of operating cemetery raised.Referred to committee of Law,Jones &Krueger.
LETTER:from Mutual Housing requesting for side yard variance,read.The motion by Henry seconded by Law to reject the request and re-comcrend it be taken to board of adjustment.Motion carried.
REQUEST from the Department of the Interior.The motion by HolmessecondedbyHenryrequestforamendmentofaneasementfranchise forguy-lines be granted.Motion carried.
REQUEST:for change of curb on East Syconore was presented by Mr.Grahan.The motion by Jones seconded by Burress,that we accept
