L.I.D.:The motion by dest seconded by Lew that we dr op that portion
of the L.I.D.on ivision,from vicinity of 8th &llth until property
owners dedicate th.e necessary right-of-way.Motion carried.
CENSTERY:Th.e motion by Jones seconded by Henry that the Council accept
deed to the cemetery for the express purpose of transferring same to
the Odd Fellows Lodge #341 and also all funds now held in the Perpetual
Care f2nd subject to the city attorney opinion.Motion carried.

The purpose of the meeting was to consider and adopt the 1997 Budget as
required by law.
The motion by Law seconded by Eenry to accept the budget as adjusted for
