Meeting was turned over to Engineer Don Gray,who explained procedure,and how the assessments were figured etc.

APPLICATION FOR ENGINßER FOR THE CITY:Mayor Burress appointed Henry,Frank Holmes and Orville Wilmot to review applications as to qualifica-tions etc.and report back to the council on the 26th of February.
