The minutes of the previous meeting of Feb 12,1997 were read,standaporovedasread,-bills were read.The motion by Holmes seconded byHenrytillsbepaidandwarrantsdrawn.Motion carried.

Warrants Nos.3626 thru 3642 paid in the amount of 997.39

TRAFFIC CONTROL:
WARRANT NOS 192 paid in the amount of 17.40
REPORT ON LOWER PENINSULA WATER:tabled until next council meeting,asengineerwasnotabletobepresent.Mr.hobert Fain requested some-thing te done.Mayor informed him it would be taken up at the nextcouncilmeeting.
BIDS FOR EQUIPMENT:supplies and petroleum reported on by CouncilmanDaveJones,Committee recommended low bid of Faber Hardware onCompressor,and to have price sheets su,bmitted on tires.The motion byHolmessecondedbyKruegertoacceptcommitteesrecommendationasoffered.Motion carried.
