approved as read,The minutes of the Special meeting of March 4th w

District No.6 fund in favor of Grand &Company,Inc,in the totalamountofWSOO.00 bearing interest at the rate of ¼.20¾per annumanddatedMarch14,1997 that the proceeds of said Warrants be
