Bills were read.The motion by Holmes seconded by Henry bills be paidandwarrantsdrawn.Motion carried.

PARKER HORN WATER LINE:replacement was reported on by Engineer,exolained that they are having a hard time getting pipe on both sewerandwaterlinereplacements.Since they canhot hait 49 days for sewerpipe,they have employed Mullins Constt Co to salvage the original pipe.
UGWOOD &4th L.I.D.:Committee's recommendation that the street be putinnextyearorlaterwhenthehousingismoved.The motion by WestisecondedbyKruegertoacceptcommitteelsrecommendation.Motion carried.

recommended that the Lakeview errace Tank te drained and inspected to
make sure -same condition does not exist there.
CLEAN UP L.I.D.#6:Complaints still being received,also councilman
Law instructed to study cul-de-sax on Graham addition.
ORDINANCE #3)l:TRÄDE STIMULATOR ORDINANCE:The motion by West seconded by Jones that
Ordinance be read.Motion-carried.The motion by Law seconded by West
to adopt the Trade Stimulator Ordinance #331 inserting 300.00 annual
fee and a total of 10 boards maximum on display at one time.Motion car.
NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION PLANS:reported on by Mr.Vadnan of narper &
Son &Co.Letter read from Pacific Pipeline Co.reqqesting concurrence
in their application to Federal Power Commission.The motion by West
seconded by Holmes to sign the letter of contract of April.18th with
the recommended exceptions and additions as outlined by Mr.Vedman.

It was moved by West seconded by Henrv,that an additional Warrant on
the Local Improvement Distriot No.7 Fund dat4d April 8,1967,in the
amount of 4420.00 to cover closing costs for bond printing and legal
expenses be approved;that to provide funds for thepayment thereof,
Warrant be drawn against the Local Improvement District No.7 fund in
favor of im.P.Harper &Son &Co,in the total amount of 4420.00
bearing interest at the rate of 4-3/4¾per annum and dated April Sth,
1967;that the proceeds of said warrant be deposited in the Local
Improvement District No.7 Construction Fund in favor of 2reston,
Thorgrimson,and Horowitz and North Pacific Bank Note,Co,in payment of
work performed.
STREET IN EFE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ADDITION:Mr.Ahlers appeared
to explain the reason for the request not to pave the street et this
time.Letter from the Planning Gommission read stating street is not
necessary et this time but the platterishould be bonded to assure that
he pays for a street in that location in the future.The motion by Law
seconded by renry to accept the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
GAS INSTALLATIONS IN BLDGS:explained by r.hector,that wxams could be
given &temporary permits issued to operate until ord is-passed,referred
to Krueger,Henry,and Jones to review the Ord along with eity engineer
Waggner,Mr.Snooks and Bldg Insp,Jim Wright.
STATE HL-WAY PLANS:on peninsula interchange explained by Mr.Rector.

EOUSING USE BY STATE:explained by Wilmot,more room and added convenience
for the people of Moses Lake in housing project.The motion by Law sec-
