Report given by Mr.Forter on bids.for gas system.His recommendstion were as follows:
Section A-Award to low bidder of B.E.H.Cons't Co.Second low bidwasPipeline•Hold both bids until .u.H.executes contract and pro-vides perfonnance bond.
Section B-Award to low bidder of B.B.E.Cons't Co,econd low bid,U.o.Pipeline.Hold both bids until B.s.H.executes contract andprovidesperformancebond.
Section C-Low bidder,aalem Gravello,id be disqualified on the basis
that it is qualified,ecommanded to take bids under advisement onthissection.
Recommended that we award L.B.E.Gons't 60 section A and Section B atthenextregularmeetinganddaeywillthenhavelodaystofurnisnperformancebondandexecutecontract.
