LETTER:ffom Mr.Ed.Lewis in regard to purchasing a small piece of land in Block 421,purchased from Mr..Spiegel.The motion by West seconded by Wilmot be referred to the airport committee.Motion carried. SI-WAY:Mr.Reetor exn1sined that the Hi-Way dent has indicated they would provide a ffontage road across Pelican Horn if the City provides the bridge,right-of-way etc.No action taken. EKIBIT FOR FAIR:Authorization to have exibit for feir:The motion by Jones seconded by Henry to authorize amount not toexcedd.$100.00 for - expenditures to set up exibit at grant county fair.Motion carried. L.I.D.BONDS:Mr.Vadman appeared before the Council in regards to L.I. D.Bands.The motion by Law we negotiate.Lost for lack of a second. Themotion by *ilmot seconded by Krueger we advertise for bids.Motion carried,with Law voting No. BASIN HOMES VS.CITY:Attorney felt that the case should be appealed. The motion by Jones seconded by Wilmot to authorize City Attorney to anneal the case.Motion carried. Meeting adjourned. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Burress,-councilmen present were: John Henry,Fred Kroger,Nerle West,Frank Holmes and sve Jones. Bids on Water Line were opened.and read by Don Gray of Grey &sborne to be tabulated and report back later. Bids on Pump for Well E 7 were opened and read by the City Engineer Chet Maggoner,taken under advisement and report thack at next council meeting. L.I.D._g|#8:Hearing,explained by City Engineer es to how the assessment is figured etc. PROTESTS:were heard and filed.Percentage to be figured and report back at n xt council meeting.
