Special meeting on Natural Gas Ordinance,was called to order
by Mayor Burress,councilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Alex
Law,Fred Krueger,John Henry,and Orville Wilmot.
Meeting was turned over to Mr.Willard Vadman,reported on
Ordinance and amendments to the ordinance,-and now ready to be
read.Mr.Richard Thorgrimson of Preston,Thorgrimson &Horowitz
read the amendments to the Ordinance and explained them.
ORDINANCE 4 34Q GAS ORDINANCE.
The motion by Law seconded by Eenry to Adopt Ordinance #340
and publish the-Gas Ordinance as revised.Motion carrá&d.
RESOL
RESOLUTION 4161 ON FIXING RATES:and changes for gas sold was
read.The motion by Wilmot seconded by Henry Resolution 4 161
be adopted.Motion carried.

The Council met in regular session,the meeting was called to order
by Mayor Burress,.councilmen present were:Frank Holmes,Alex Law,
Merle West,Fred Krueger and John Henry.
The minutes of the previous meeting of August 27th,were read,standapprovedasread,minutes of the Special meeting of Sept 3rd wereread,stand approved.as read.Bills were read:The motion by Law seconded by Holmes bills be paid

ORDINANCE #346:Tree Ordinance.The motion by Law seconded byKruegerTreeOrdinancebereadbyTitleánlymotioncarried.ThemotionbyKruegersecondedbyHenry-Ordinance #346 be adopted andpublished.Motion carried.
REPORT OF AIRPORT COMMITTEE:Letter read.The motion by West secon-ded by Henry that the recommendation of the committee be acceptedproceedimmediately.Motion carried.

Bids were opened and read by the City Engineer,Two bids receivedthatqfMcAtee&Heathe $17,915.00 and Basin Paving $17,327.50.Taken under advisement and award bid at next council meeting.
