CITY ENGINEER:Chet Waggener explained complaints on gas line and what he felt should be done,in regards to cleanup,asphalt,concrete and replacements of lawns.Mr.Tomlin and Mr.Cr6ft for B.E.H.explained that they are working on clean-up and compaction.Mr.Croft explained that clean up must be done 2 or 3 weeks if possible after a job,in order for lirt to settle,also concrete tests are being made,have a few minor corrections.Council- men feel strength of concrete is the difficulty,would like tests of concrete to be taken on the job.BEH.stated that they will take sample of the core.The motion by Henry seconded by Law to read bills of B.E.H.Pipeline Constructors.Motion car.The ytion by Law seconded by Holmes bills be paid and warrants drawn with the restriction that B.E.H. have any delinquent bills thirty days past due the council will withhold payment.Mot car.
