The recessed meeting of April Sth,was called to order by Mayor Burress,councilmenpresentwere:Frank Holmes,Alex Law,John Henry and Fred Krueger,
CITY ENGINEER:Chet Waggener explained complaints on gas line and what he felt should bedone,in regards to cleanup,asphalt,concrete and replacements of lawns.Mr.Tomlin andMr.Ordft for B.E.H.explained that they are working on clean-up and compaction.Mr.Oroftexplainedthatcleanupmustbedone2or3weeksifpossibleafterajob,in order fordirttosettle,also concrete tests are being made,have a few minor corrections.Council-men feel strength of concrete is the difficulty,would like tests of concrete to be takenonthejob.BEH.stated that theywill take sample of the core.The motion by HenrysecondedbyLawtoreadbillsofB.E.H.Pipeline Constructors.Motion car.The gtion byLawsecondedbyHolmesbillsbepaidandwarrantsdrawnwiththerestrictionthatB.E.H.have any delinquent bills thirty days past due the council will withhold payment.Mot car.
