I RESOLUTIDE NO.170:Providing for the issuance of bonds of Local Improvement DistrictNo.9 of the city was read.The motion by West seconded by Law,that ResolutionNo,170 be adopted.Motion carried,with all councilmen present voting aye,The motion by West seconded by Law that the council rescind its action taken onMay13th,wherein they authorized the issuance of $10,365.7 of warrants te be drawn on L.I.D.No.9 fund in payment of the li%retained.Motion carried with all council-men present voting aya.The motion by Holmes seconded byWest in reference to L.I.D.No.9,council herebyauthorizetheissuanceofwarrantsdrawnontheWater&Sever Fund of the city in and amount sufficient to pay (b)the balance of the money due to Southwick-Campbell &Co,$2,6h7.39 (c)accrued interest on all warrants from date of issuance toJuly1,1958,(d)and all other expenses of the city,bond printing,legal .fees,etc, as proposed in the letter of June $th,1958 from Preston,Thorgrimson &Horowitz.Motion carried with all councilmen present voting aye.
