Special Meeting for the adoption ofothe 1959 Budget.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Boyle,councilmen present were Merle West
Alex Law,Frank Holmes and Wm.Hilderbrand.
Judge Strong appeared before the council in regards to the Library Board's budget
Would like the budget to be reviewed and changes made in Equipment,Expense andSuppliesandEquipmentBuilding,total amount same.Ry4uest granted.
ORDINANCE#368:on the adoption of the Budget was read.The motion by Law
seconded by West Ord #368 be adopted and published.Motion carried.I Mayor Boyle expressed his thanks to the councilmen and Mr.Rector &others for therehelpandmanyhoursspentonthebudget.
L.I.D.#11:BONDS have not been sold and would like to negotiate..Suggested towriteHarper&Son &Co for a report at next council meeting.
