COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS - Moses Lake,Wash.,9-7-39 Board met in special session on this the above date with Mayor,Eric Peterson,Councilman Carl Burress,Fred Nolen and John HochstatterC.Laing,Treasurer and W.E.Bunnell,Clerk present. The object of the meeting,as stated by the Mayor was for thepurposeofpreparingabudgetforthecomingyearandatthistimeadraftofthebudgetwasintroducedbythecommitteewhohadbeenappoin-ted to prepare same.The same was read by the clerk and after somediscussionitwasmovedandpassedthatitbeacceptedasreadandacopywassenttotheofficialpaperforpublicationandalsoone totheCountyAuditor.Here follows estimate of the budget as presentedforpublication.
