A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby acc the City of Moses Lake: epted by A portion of Tract 38, Battery Orchard Tracts, in the Southwest 1/4, Section 33, Township 1 9 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: •Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 3, Hagerty Plat, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records, book 14, page 58, thence North 57°51'16" West, 10.00 feet, to the easterly right-of-way of Peninsula Drive as shown on the Battery Orchard Tracts Plat, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records book 1, page 31; thence North 32°08'44" Ea st, 167.53 feet, along said right-of-way, to the southerly line of the right-of-way of Peninsula Drive and Battery Road; thence continuing along said right- of-way on a 60.00 foot radius non-tangent curve, concave to the north, an arc of 11.03 feet, the chord being South 82°35'00" East, 11.01 feet, thence South 32°08'44" West, 172.14 feet, to the point of beginning.
