A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM CLINTON AND VERAMAE SPERR
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.Clinton and Veramae Sperr have presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake.

•Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 3, Hagerty Plat, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat
records, book 14, page 58, thence North 57°51'16" West, 10.00 feet, to the easterly right-of-way of
Peninsula Drive as shown on the Battery Orchard Tracts Plat, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat
records book 1, page 31; thence North 32°08'44" Ea st, 167.53 feet, along said right-of-way, to the
southerly line of the right-of-way of Peninsula Drive and Battery Road; thence continuing along said right-
of-way on a 60.00 foot radius non-tangent curve, concave to the north, an arc of 11.03 feet, the chord being
