3028• RESOLUTION NO. 3028 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM LOREN AND ROSALIE SCHRAG Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Loren and Rosalie Schrag have presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accei ted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land in the Northwest 1/4, Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 28 East. W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, Described as follows: •Commencing at the most northerly corner of Tract 42, Battery Orchard Tracts, as recorded in Grant County plat records, Book 1, Page 31; thence South 32°02'43" West, 162.72 feet, along the easterly right-of-way line of Peninsula Drive, as shown on The Rosborough Short Plat, per Grant County Plat records, Book 13, Page 42; Thence continuing along said right-of-way South 32°09'29" West, 197.07 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing along said right-of-way South 32°09'29" West 185.74 feet; thence South 57°56'09" East, 10.00 feet; to a Northerly Corner of said Rosborough Plat; thence North 32°09'29" East, 184.62 feet; thence North 51°32'34"West 10.06 feet, to the easterly right-of-way line of Peninsula Drive, to the Point of Beginning.
