3037• • RESOLUTION NO. 3037 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM ELWOOD G. AND BETTY M. DART Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Elwood G. and Betty M. Dart have presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A portion of Tract 41, Battery Orchard Tracts in the Southwest 1/4, Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly corner of Tract 41, Battery Orchard Tracts, as shown on the Record of Survey-Boundary Line Adjustments recorded in Grant County survey records, book 43, page 83; thence South 32°08'48" West, 213.67 feet along the easterly right-of-way of Peninsula Drive, as shown on the Battery Orchard Tracts plat recorded in Grant County plat records book 1, page 31 to the point of beginning; thence South 5T51'12" East, 10.00 feet; thence South 32°08'48" West, 39.95 feet; thence South 32°07'53" West, 71.22 feet; thence North 14°30'36" West, 13.75 feet to the most westerly corner of Tract 42, Battery Orchard Tracts and the easterly right-of-way of Peninsula Drive; thence North 32°07'53" East, 61.78 feet along said easterly right-of-way; thence continuing along said easterly right-of-way North 32°08'48" East, 39.95 feet to the point of beginning.
