A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM DAVID J. PLATE
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has bee duly passed by the
City Council.
2.David J. Plate has presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
An easement in Lot 8, Gaylord Manor, in the Northwest 1/4, Northwest 1/4, Section 4, Township
18 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Gaylord Manor as per plat recorded in Grant
County Auditor plat records book 9, page 8, thence along a 143.85 foot radius curve, concave to
the Northwest, an arc of 14.85 feet, the chord being North 74°25'31" East, 14.84 feet, along the
Southeasterly right-of-way line of Peninsula Drive to the point of beginning; thence continuing
along said Southeasterly right-of-way line, along a 143.85 foot radius curve, concave to the
Northwest, an arc of 25.00 feet, the chord being North 66°29'22" East, 24.97 feet, to a radial line
of said curve; thence South 28°29'22" East, 12.00 feet along said radial line; thence along a
155.85 foot radius curve, concave to the Northwest, an arc of 27.09 feet, the chord being South
66°29'22" West, 27.05 feet, to a radial line of said curve; thence North 18°31'54" West, 12.00
feet along said radial line to the point of beginning.
Containing 313 square feet more or less.
