RESOLUTION NO. 3069
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM WALGREENS, CO.
RECITALS:
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Walgreens, Co. has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1. The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Lot 1, Block "E" of "Plat of Neppel", as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 66 Grant
County Records in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 19 North,
Range 28 East, W.M., Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block "E" of the said plat; thence S53°46'58"W
along the Southeasterly line of said Lot a distance of 16.61 feet to a non-tangent curve whose
radial bearing is NO3°30'27"E to the radius point, concave to the Northeast and having a radius
of 22.04 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 10°38'36", an
arc distance of 4.09 feet and a chord bearing N81 °10'15"W, 4.09 feet to a non-tangent curve
whose radial bearing is N13°50'51"E to the radius point, concave to the Northeast and having
a radius of 10.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
39°45'11", an arc distance of 6.94 feet and a chord bearing N56°16'34"W, 6.80 feet; thence
N36°23'58"W a distance of 3.64 feet to a non-tangent curve whose radial bearing is
N46°32'04"E to the radius point, concave to the Northeast and having a radius of 18.28 feet;
thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 46°25'51", an arc distance
of 14.82 feet and a chord bearing S66°40'52"E, 14.41 feet; thence N53°46'59"E a distance of
14.53 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence S36°13'02"E along said Northeasterly
line a distance of 0.50 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH 0.50 feet along the southeasterly lot line of Lots 2 thru 12, Block "E" of said
plat.
Having an area of 164 square feet more or less. Parcel #90003000
