A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO THE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.
2 OF GRANT COUNTY
RECITALS:
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County has requested an easement.
3.The easement is to construct, reconstruct, operate, patrol, maintain and remove overhead and/or
underground electrical distribution lines in Knolls Vista Park to Well 3.
RESOLVED:
1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an easement for the following described property:
Lot 1, Knolls Vista Plat as recorded in Book 10, page 69, records of Grant County,
Washington, lying in Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M.
